Do I need to understand astrology?
No. AstryHub is made for people without astrology knowledge. We explain everything in simple, human language.
What exactly will I get?
A short text about the overall theme of the current period, what to pay attention to, and how to behave now. No terms or complex calculations.
Is this a forecast of the future?
No. AstryHub presents symbolic interpretations and perspectives; it does not determine real-world outcomes.
Why is the text so short?
Because we show only the essentials. Instead of long forecasts, you get the essence you can actually use.
What does "main theme of the period" mean?
It's a group of natal and transit relationships identified by the calculation and presented as a possible perspective for reflection.
How often should I read this?
Usually once a week, or when you feel the period is changing. Some use AstryHub as a regular check-in.
Is this safe?
AstryHub is designed for self-reflection and does not provide medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
How are my AI chat messages protected?
Your AI chat messages are treated as sensitive content. We apply additional confidentiality measures such as encryption and protected storage of this data. Your message still has to be sent to the AI provider in order to generate a reply.
How personal is it?
The analysis is based on your data and the current period, so the texts aren't universal or templated.
Is it AI or an astrologer?
Both, but in the right way. First the system determines important influences, then AI turns them into clear text. The interpretation may contain errors.
Can I use it without believing in astrology?
Yes. Many use AstryHub as a tool for reflection and self-analysis, focus, and understanding life stages, without a mystical attitude.
What's next for the service?
Gradually: deeper interpretations, saved chart history, and notifications about meaningful transits via Telegram and email.
What are credits?
Credits are in-app tokens used to unlock readings, chat, and other paid actions. Each action shows the credit cost before you confirm.
Why are credits called Lunar Sparks?
In the app, credits appear as Lunar Sparks. It's the same balance, just a themed name to match the astrological setting.
How do I use credits?
When you start a paid feature, the required credits are deducted automatically. You can always see your balance in the Wallet.
How do rewards work?
You can earn free credits through daily rewards and tasks. Rewards add to your balance and can be used on any paid actions.
What determines the cost?
Costs depend on the action type (chart, chat, interpretation) and the amount of work involved. We always show the price before you spend credits.
How can I get credits?
You can earn free credits from daily rewards and tasks in the Wallet. Occasional promo credits may also appear.
How do I top up credits?
Open Wallet -> Top up, pick a package, and complete the payment using the available methods at checkout.
What are levels?
Levels show your progress in AstryHub based on the experience (XP) you earn.
How do I earn experience (XP)?
XP is granted for paid actions; the amount is based on the credit cost multiplied by a coefficient.
What happens when I level up?
You get a one-time credit reward and a higher daily bonus as your level increases.
